Day of Coordination


Pre-Wedding

  • Three pre-wedding consultations
  • Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline
  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding



Wedding Day
  • Inclusive of 8 hours onsite for wedding day (additional hours may be added, if needed. Additional fees will apply.)
  • Travel included for 50 miles from planner's location. Any locations over a 50-mile radius from planner's home base will incur travel fee and accommodations.
  • Review all vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day of.
  • Coordinator to provide couple with day of timeline once confirmed with photographer/hair/makeup stylists.
  • Distribute bouquets and corsages to bridal party and family members.
  • Assist bridal party and family for photographs.
  • Set up ceremony programs (if applicable).
  • Line up bridal party for processional.
  • Provide designated individual rings for ceremony.
  • Set up any seating cards/favors/guest book/table numbers/photo booth props.
  • Provide wedding day “emergency kit”
  • Greet vendors and be the point of contact for the day of your wedding – this way no one is bothering you with any questions or concerns! Any outstanding questions (if any) will be addressed to the bride and/or the bride’s chosen point person the day of the event. Coordinator reserves the right to make decisions on bride’s behalf if needed.
  • Ensure the ceremony and reception locations are set up correctly.
  • Coordinate ceremony musicians arrival and direct as needed (if applicable)
  • Liaison with the ceremony officiant and decide what cue will be used to signal start of ceremony.
  • Make sure reception flowers/décor set up appropriately.
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed to vendors (to be provided to coordinator morning of wedding day).
